INTENSIVE PROGRAM
Urban Stylez Intensives are focused sessions where you explore one dance style in depth — from movement to mindset. More than a class, it’s a full-body experience designed to push growth and unlock authentic body language.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Urban Stylez Intensive is a unique, in-depth dance training experience designed to help dancers connect deeply with one style, one teacher, and their own personal evolution.

Here’s what makes it powerful:
  • ONE TEACHER
You’ll train with one dedicated teacher throughout the full intensive.
This gives you a rare chance to truly understand their workflow, absorb their training philosophy, and connect with their movement language.
Instead of adjusting to multiple styles or approaches, you get to settle into one methodology — learning not just what they teach, but how they build their craft.
  • 3 DAYS
The intensive is spread over three days to allow for progressive development.
Each day builds on the last.
    It’s a journey — not a crash course.
  • 7,5 HOURS (2,5h/day)
Each session is long enough to challenge your limits, but also give your body and mind the time to truly absorb what you're learning.
    • You’ll move past just “getting the steps” and into understanding how and why the movement works.
    • With breaks and focused pacing, you’ll be able to go full out without burning out.
    • By the end, your body begins to adapt to the style — it stays with you.
