1. OrganizerThe organizer of the Urban Stylez Festival is:

2. Scope of ApplicationThese Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for participation in workshops and intensives of the Urban Stylez Festival, taking place from October 10–16, 2025 in Bielefeld, booked via our website
www.urbanstylez-festival.com.
3. Conclusion of ContractTicket bookings are made online via our website. By submitting a booking, participants submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded once we send a booking confirmation.
4. Ticket Types and ServicesTickets are available for workshops and intensives. A ticket entitles the holder to participate in the booked sessions during the festival. The specific scope of services is defined in the respective ticket description on the website.
5. Payment TermsPayment is processed via our payment service provider Mollie, using bank transfer, credit card, or SEPA direct debit. Payment is due immediately upon booking.
6. Withdrawal and CancellationIn accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal for leisure events is excluded.
Cancellations are only possible in exceptional cases and require prior agreement with the organizer. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. In case of postponement, tickets remain valid; they may be transferred to another person in such cases.
7. Transferability of TicketsTickets may only be transferred to other persons with prior agreement from the organizer.
8. Program ChangesThe organizer reserves the right to make changes to individual program items, instructors, or schedules for organizational reasons. Such changes do not entitle participants to withdraw from the contract or claim a reduction of the ticket price.
9. Photo and Video RecordingsPhoto and video recordings will be made during the festival and may be used for documentation, public relations, and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket, participants and visitors agree to this use.
10. LiabilityParticipation in all program items is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for injuries, theft, or other damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the organizer.
11. House Rules / ConductDuring the entire festival, the following rules apply:
– No consumption of alcohol or drugs
– No street shoes allowed in the dance studios
– Respectful treatment of all persons and materials
Participants who violate these rules may be excluded from the festival. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.
12. Data ProtectionPersonal data (e.g., name, email address, payment details) are used solely for the purpose of processing the booking and are not shared with third parties, except for payment processing via Mollie. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
